As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach in the Wichita, KS area my passion for health & fitness is driven by one major purpose: Helping my Clients Make Success Mandatory in Their LIFE!
I was first introduced to the fitness industry in my teens. As an morbidly obese middle schooler I experience a lot bullying. After years of being bullied and picked on I took matters into my own hands. I came to the realization nobody is going to feel sorry for me being overweight and out of shape. I quickly realized exercise wasn’t just about the noticeable effects my physique. It was about gaining confidence, decreasing stress and an overall feeling of well-being.
In college went onto become a 3 time NAIA All-American Defensive Tackle. I used the realizations over the past 10 years to make a mark on local and online fitness communities by offering my clients more than one-hour workouts. Rather, they are treated with my holistic approach. My approach encompasses Exercise, Nutrition and psychological change.
By modifying my training program to personally fit each of my clients, I am able to offer comprehensive lifestyle plans based on personal goals and needs. I incorporate in-depth health and exercise evaluations, strength training, nutritional coaching and more to produce dramatic results for each individual client.
Understanding that a personable and balanced approach (as opposed to an aggressive, single focus method) always produces better short-term and long-term results. My work is visibly noticeable with my clients.
My empowering teaching style motivates my clients to reach beyond their own self-imposed limitations and achieve the results that they never thought possible. As a former Collegiate athlete and Elite Level Olympic Weightlifter I have amassed over a decade of practical experience in coaching athletic excellence and I am committed to the science of exercise training and analytically sound nutritional planning. A rigorous planning method and methodology are rooted in everything that I do. I will predict the exact changes my clients bodies will make, instilling confidence and transparency into a process that has in the past been too often clouded by haphazard guesswork. Nothing is left to chance taking a global approach to the fitness lifestyle, ensuring that every single area that could impact upon my clients’ performance and physical well being is first audited and then managed and demystified for maximum results.
I holds multiple certifications from leading programs in the industry including The International Sports Science Association, the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine, The American Counsel on Exercise, The National Strength and Conditioning Association and Precision Nutrition!

As an ISSA student working toward my certification to be a trainer, I'm learning about everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. So if you want to live a stronger and more confident life, I will soon have the training and the expertise to help you every step of the way.
